About the Project

I designed Mutual of Omaha Mortgage’s MORE web-based app to streamline how homeowners view property details, compare refinance rates, and explore purchase options. The app features a user-friendly interface that provides a comprehensive overview of property information. It includes integrated tools for evaluating home value, refinancing, and accessing payment and affordability calculators. My design focuses on enhancing user experience by making these features easily accessible and intuitive, helping users make informed decisions with ease.

Despite offering valuable tools, the user experience was lacking, leading to confusion and decreased user engagement. The goal was to redesign the app to make property management and mortgage options more accessible and user-friendly.
